CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN order for one of Hollywood's sweetest couples. According to multiple reports, singer and actor Suki Waterhouse has given birth to her first child to longtime partner Robert Pattinson.
The first-time parents, who are also reportedly engaged, were seen out and about in Los Angeles pushing a pink baby pram on March 26, in photos published by the Daily Mail. Dressed casually, Pattinson wore a hoodie and puffer jacket, shielding this face with black sunglasses; meanwhile, Waterhouse donned a long black coat and a cap. They were also accompanied by Waterhouse's mother.
While the couple haven't officially confirmed the arrival of their little bundle of joy, the Daisy Jones & The Six actor was last seen publicly at the Emmys on January 15 wearing a bump-defining red Valentino dress. Waterhouse first announced she was expecting during the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico on November 19.
"I thought I'd wear something sparkly today, 'cause I thought it might distract you from something else I've got going on," she told the crowd during her set at the festival, opening her feathered jacket and gesturing to her stomach as the crowd cheered. "I'm not sure if it's working, she joked.
The announcement comes after a source told ET that the couple, who are notoriously private, were set to become parents.
"Suki Waterhouse and Rob Pattinson are expecting their first child together," the source said. "She is so happy, excited, and appreciative of this experience. Suki and Rob are adorable together."
The news also follows Waterhouse's cancellation of her appearances in Australia for Laneway Festival in February 2024, with organisers announcing a few days earlier that "due to personal reasons, she can't make the trip to Australia and New Zealand in February"-which we'll now forgive her for in light of the sweet news.
Is Suki Waterhouse pregnant?
Yes, Suki Waterhouse is pregnant with her first baby with Robert Pattinson. It's unknown how far along Waterhouse is with her pregnancy, but it's clear that the couple are smitten with the news, having recently appeared loved-up together at the Annual GO Gala in Los Angeles in late October.
The pair have been notably quiet about their relationship, though they are believed to have started dating back in 2018.
Pattinson explained the reasoning behind their privacy in an interview with The Sunday Times in 2019, saying: "If you let people in, it devalues what love is … If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you'd think it extremely rude. If you put up a wall, it ends up better."
Only in 2023 have they started to go public with their romance, making first-time couples appearances together at the Met Gala, Fashion Week and more.
