Troubling clips of Diddy with 15-year-old Justin Bieber and on kids' TV show resurface
Troubling video footage of Sean 'Diddy' Combs has resurfaced amid federal raids on the homes of the rapper, who is facing multiple accusations of sexual abuse.
The two clips, which have gone viral on social media, appear to show instances of Diddy, 54, behaving inappropriately around children, according to social media users.
One of those is an appearance on Dan Schneider's Nickelodeon show All That, and the other focuses on 48 hours he spent with a teenage Justin Bieber, now 30.
In the resurfaced 2002 All That sketch, Diddy tells two children to put a toy down a sleeping boy's trousers, raising eyebrows online.
The Investigation Discovery docuseries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, has made waves by revealing the inappropriate culture at Nickelodeon perpetuated by showrunner Schneider around the time of Diddy's appearance on the show.
In the documentary, people who worked with Schneider recall the undertones of sexualisation and fetishisation woven into shows like All That. The clip of Diddy seems to play into this narrative, coming across as particularly insidious given the many allegations of sexual abuse made against the rapper, including one accusation of raping a 17-year-old.
As the clip recirculated on social media, many fans couldn't believe that the sketch was ever allowed to air with X user @wyakash writing: 'I'm sitting here questioning my childhood.
Another user, @sussyreturns, agreed that 'this is so gross.'
Some linked the sexual abuse going on at Nickelodeon at the time and the allegations against Diddy, with user @Stocks_n_Crypt0 writing, 'Nickelodeon had love for all the sex offenders.'
The All That clip has been mentioned online in the same breath as another resurfaced video of Diddy with 15-year-old Justin Bieber.
The throwback clip from Bieber's YouTube channel shows Diddy and a young Bieber hanging out at Diddy's residence. The older of the two tells the camera that he's been given 'custody' of Bieber for '48 hours.'
The clip begins with Diddy showing Bieber his sports car and promising him he can drive the vehicle once he turns 16.
'You ever seen the movie 48 Hrs? Right now [Justin is] having 48 hours with Diddy, him and his boy,' the rapper tells the camera.
'They're having the times of their lives, like where we hanging out and what we're doing we can't really disclose. But it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream.'
He continues, 'I have been given custody of him. You know, he's signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album. I did Usher's first album.'
Diddy has been credited with launching the careers of artists like Biggie Smalls, Mary J Blige, and Usher, introducing them to the music industry and helping to curate their images.

At 13 years old Usher lived in the music mogul's New York home for a year, an experience dubbed 'Flavour Camp,' to learn from Diddy's mentorship.
He later recalled the experience: 'There was always girls around. You'd open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy. You never knew what was going to happen.' When asked if he'd let his own child live with Diddy, Usher responded, 'Hell no.'
In the resurfaced video Diddy continues, as Bieber smiles, 'For the next 48 hours, he's with me. And we're gonna go full. Buck full crazy.'
Diddy then asks Bieber what he wants to do, to which Bieber responds, 'Let's go get some girls.'
'Man after my heart,' the rapper responds. 'That's what I'm talking about.'
Given the allegations of abuse against Combs, fans are looking at the clip in a new light, wondering what exactly went on during Bieber's two days with Diddy and how much of it was appropriate for a teenager.
X user @batchnotnormal wrote, 'Disturbing then and even more disturbing now.' @clowntown75 agreed, posting, 'Ummmgrosswhy is the entertainment industry so vile?'
This isn't the first controversy surrounding Diddy's influence on Bieber.
In a 2023 YouTube video titled 'Justin Bieber's Mom Speaks out: Usher & Diddy's Impact on His Life Exposed,' Bieber's mother claims that Diddy offered Bieber cocaine, marijuana, and alcohol at his parties. She goes on to say that she was forced to intervene to protect her son.
Another clip, taken just a year later in 2010 when Bieber was 16, shows the young singer stuttering and looking uncomfortable as Diddy asks him why he doesn't hang out with him anymore.
The resurfacing of these videos coincides with federal raids on Diddy's residences in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a sex trafficking investigation. While Diddy has repeatedly denied all allegations against him, the raids have heightened scrutiny surrounding his past behaviour.

Diddy's legal team denounced the raids as a 'gross use of military-level force,' emphasising that neither Diddy nor his family members have been arrested.
The federal raids occurred at Combs' $40million home in LA's Holmby Hills neighbourhood and his Miami, Florida home on Star Island.
'Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,' an HSI spokesman said in a statement, according to the LA Times.
These investigations follow a series of lawsuits against the music mogul. In February of this year, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones – a producer on Diddy's latest project – accused Combs of coercing him into sex acts with sex workers, as well as allegations of incidents of drugging.
Combs' legal representatives have claimed that they have overwhelming evidence to disprove the accusations. Attempts to communicate this evidence to the plaintiff's lawyer reportedly went unanswered.
In addition, Combs faced accusations of rape and physical abuse from his former partner and R&B singer Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura in November of last year. Initially denying the claims, Combs settled with Ventura out of court.
Two more women made claims in the wake of Ventura's, one alleging Combs was involved in drugging and sexually assaulting her, while the other accused Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of rape in the early 90s. Combs has denied both claims. Aaron Hall has yet to respond to the allegations.
Combs is also facing allegations of involvement in the 'gang rape' of a 17-year-old girl, which he has vehemently denied.
As the investigation continues to unfold, clips like the ones of Diddy on All That and his time with Bieber raise concerns that Diddy's alleged abuses run deeper than has yet to be revealed.
