KANYE West is scouring plots of land overseas to host his own events after being continually snubbed by venues across the world.

The U.S. Sun has spoken to two real estate insiders on both continents who claim Kanye, 46, has been in touch with a $30 million budget to spend.

The sources claim the 46-year-old, who is being shunned by promoters because of recent controversies, wants to purchase places "in the middle of nowhere" and stage his own mini-festivals.

The plan is to perform alongside fellow rapper Ty Dolla $ign, who appears on his No. 1 new album Vultures 1, and have the ability to "control the whole process."

The U.S. Sun has revealed that arenas in large European cities and Brazil have refused to host the rapper following his controversial online rants, which also led to sponsors dropping him.

Now, though, Ye is planning to take matters into his own hands.

He has started looking at potential sites in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

"I have been working in this business for more than 20 years and It's the first time I received this kind of request," a real estate industry veteran told The U.S Sun.

"We were informed that the budget would be a maximum $30 million. You can buy pretty much whatever you want here with this kind of money."

"Kanye has a ton of fans, millions of followers, and having him buy real properties or land in one of those countries will bring tons of money to the local economy," the insider added.

The source continued, "Just imagine if he buys land in Morocco and has 200,000 fans coming to his concerts there, it will generate so much interest and money for the region.

"There are many opportunities and people showed him and his team some great land options and very large real properties. Investing in Morocco would be a fantastic option for his concerts."

Areas looked at include the Italian regions of Tuscany and Calabria, Castilla and Andalusia in Spain, as well as Alentejo and Algarve in Portugal.

"I know that he is struggling to find venues for his shows, and it's an alternative for him and his millions of fans," said a Portuguese-based property consultant, who believes it will be a "a very long process" to bring the plan to life.

"It's an interesting and smart idea."

KANYE SHUNNED

Despite the success of his recent music, which has reached the No. 1 slot of the Billboard Top 100, Ye is being blanked by promoters and venue organizers.

The continually risqu snaps of wife Biana Censori, meanwhile, have done little to help warm relations and ease the damage to his professional profile.

He failed attempts to land gigs in Milan, Berlin, Cologne, and Munich, while there were similar rebuttals in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

The rapper appeared onstage on March 14 at the Rolling Loud music festival in California, but just walked around, infuriating fans who were desperate to see him perform.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kanye's representatives.
