Fans have voiced their concerns for Scott Disick after new pictures emerged of his weight loss.

The 40-year-old has taken a back step from the spotlight in recent months, as he continues to recover following a car crash in 2022.

He sparked alarm on social media when he was spotted leaving Catch Steak restaurant in West Hollywood over the weekend, following a low-key dinner with friends.

He was seen looking very casual in a navy blue jacket and trousers, paired with a brown T-shirt, but fans on Reddit questioned whether he looked 'gaunt' in the photos.

Addressing the snaps on the Kardashians Reddit page, TheCarefreeButterfly declared: 'Goodness! I feel like crying, can't see him like this!'

Other-Swordfish9309 agreed: 'Oh my god. This is horrifying. He looks haunted.'

Sunnyloveswalks shared: 'Terrible. Sorry to see him like this.'

While many, many more urged the public not to speculate on Scott's health, insisting that he will address comments himself when he is ready.

The star, who shares children Mason, Penelope and Reign with Kourtney Kardashian, has been vocal about the struggles he faced stemming from a horror crash.

He was involved in a collision in Calabasas in August, 2022, in which his Lamborghini flipped after he reportedly crashed into a stone mailbox.

During an episode of the Kardashians last October, the businessman explained that 'everything in his life changed' following the incident as he had put on weight and wasn't able to run around as much.

'Since then, everything has changed in my life. I haven't been able to run around. I've gained weight,' he told a doctor, claiming that his sex life had also suffered.

Khloe Kardashian said that it was the 'unhealthiest' she had ever seen Scott, adding: 'I think Scott needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I've seen him.

'He's barely mobile, and it's all from his back, so that wouldn't make anyone feel good.'

An insider has since claimed that his changing appearance is not due to health issues but instead alleged that he turned to Ozempic to lose the weight he gained after the crash.

'He is not ill and isn't doing hardcore drugs,' they told DailyMail.com. 'Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction.

'Scott started taking Ozempic because he had serious issues with his weight gain. This time last year he saw himself as fat.

'He had gained a lot of weight and couldn't stand seeing himself in video footage that aired in the past couple of months. He would go to great lengths to cover it up.'

'Scott wanted the easy way out of his dad bod,' they continued. 'But now it has clearly gone too far and, of course, the family is worried about him.'

The insider suggested fans could see the inside story on the upcoming series of the Kardashians, adding that he's strong enough to 'get through this'.

The medication has become increasingly popular among Hollywood stars trying to shed pounds in recent months – but has been at the center of controversy as the injections are primarily offered to those suffering from Type 2 diabetes.

Despite this, many famous faces have confirmed that they have taken the jabs including Boy George, Botched's Dr Terry Dubrow and Sharon Osbourne.

This has led to a shortage in supplies for those who are medically in need, and stern warnings from health professionals.
