COPS who may need saved Bronson Battersby have been just two minutes away from the flat while he starved to demise, it has emerged.
The tragic tot died after his father Kenneth suffered a heart attack of their basement flat in Skegness, Lincolnshire, leaving the two-year-old to fend for himself in the dead of night and chilly.
Local police have referred themselves to the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) to find out whether or not there were "any missed alternatives" to stop the boy's dying.
