As the man further refused, he was placed in handcuffs, and the lady began putting her palms on the officers to stop the man from being cuffed – so she was placed in cuffs, too.
In the long run, the man pleaded to the Sergeant saying that he had 'no concept' that he was legally required to offer his ID, and if he'd recognized, he would have given it to him instantly.
The cops referred to as the youngsters's mom to observe them whereas the person and lady have been processed offsite, as two minors have been inside the house.
Public response was robust, with almost 50,000 feedback rooting for the officers.
