When Rachel and her good friend went to Hershey Park in Hershey, Pennsylvania, she didn't anticipate to hit visitors in the parking zone.
Posted to her TikTok account (@rachhh421) in late 2021 was a video of a lady standing in a parking spot to behave as a human visitors cone to save lots of a parking spot.
