THIS is the weird moment a lovestruck Brit appears to attempt to cross the Russian border on foot hoping to satisfy his on-line girlfriend.
The besotted 37-year-old, branded a "cussed Englishman" reportedly tried twice to cross into& Kaliningrad, a western& Russian enclave between Poland& and& Lithuania.
The 37-year-old Brit is claimed to have arrived at the Polish border in his BMW but with no visa or car paperwork demanding to be let into Russia.
He advised guards he needed to get across the border at Grzechotki to satisfy his new girlfriend 700 miles away in St Petersburg.

"A number of hours later, the 37-year-old drove his BMW to the world of the Polish-Russian border, the so-called green border.
"Round 5.30 a.m., Border Guard cameras recorded a man who entered the border street.
"The detained Englishman defined to the Border Guard officers that the navigation had directed him mistaken."
After being slapped with a £120 nice, the Brit was released – and informed guards he would attempt to enter Russia by way of Lithuania.
The Border Guard spokesperson stated: "He stated he needed to go to the woman he met online so much that he has decided to go to Lithuania and from there to Russia.
"Officers from PSG in Grzechotki fined the 37-year-old man for getting into the border street lane of PLN 500 [GBP 100]. The Englishman also paid PLN 100 [GBP 20] for failing to obey a B-1 'visitors prohibited in each directions' sign."
The UK Overseas Workplace advises all British nationals towards journey in Russia because of the dangers and threats from its struggle in Ukraine.
A FCDO supply stated that they had not been approached for assistance over this case, however they stand ready to help all its citizens overseas.
