THE tragic details of a phonecall made by a "confused" dad before he was found lifeless alongside his two youngsters and a lady have been revealed.
Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, his two daughters Jasmin, 12, Downreuang, seven, and their maternal aunt Kanticha Noon, 36, have been all found on Friday.
The Unbiased Workplace of Police Conduct (IOPC) is now investigating Norfolk Police after it emerged they did not send officers to the home in Costessey when Bartlomiej referred to as 999.
Cops as an alternative went to the house where the tragic discovery was made when a canine walker raised considerations an hour later.
The small print of the dad's 999 name have now been revealed by the police watchdog.
It stated: "Throughout that call the man expressed considerations for his personal psychological state saying he was confused.
"He was advised to hunt medical recommendation and police did not attend.
"At round 7am the pressure acquired a call from a dog walker involved for the welfare of those inside the house.
"Officers attended shortly after and, tragically, found the person, a lady and two youngsters lifeless."
The horror unfolded on Friday morning when police pressured their method into the property.
Bartlomiej died from a single stab wound to the neck, whereas Kanticha suffered a number of knife accidents to her neck.
A submit mortem on the two younger women can be carried out tomorrow.
Kanticha was visiting her sister's family residence from her native Thailand when she was found lifeless.
The youngsters's mum was at work as a caretaker when the tragic discovery was made, based on associates.
Norfolk Police beforehand revealed it is& not looking for anyone else& in connection to the deaths.
The IOPC can also be investigating earlier contact with the household following a missing person enquiry on the house on December 14.
Norfolk's Chief Constable Paul Sanford stated in a press release on Monday: "It's only right that when there are questions on our response, they're properly investigated, and I absolutely help and welcome this scrutiny.
"I can't look forward to the result of this investigation to evaluation our working practices and that course of has started.
"At this time, I have requested the Inspectorate to think about enterprise a deeper evaluation than the strong inspection already planned, to offer the reassurance that the public and I want in our response to emergency calls."
