The retired NFL star was a special guest on his wife Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie podcast on Thursday, Oct. 30.

The couple, who is parents to daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 6 months, cozied up while wearing their Halloween costumes as Olaf (Kylie) and Kristoff (Jason) from Frozen to dish about the chaos of parenting four girls.

When one listener asked for advice on how to stop her kids from cursing, Jason, 37, said his method is "pretty easy."

"Put them in time out, take away toys, like, do a bunch of things that they have negative consequences, and they stop doing usually," the former Philadelphia Eagles center said.

Kylie, 33, countered that parents shouldn't give the kids big reactions.

"The kid's looking for a reaction. Saying, 'Damn it,' " the mother of four added.

Jason then shared his own special way of keeping his kids in line.

"I mean, honestly, a good, like, 'Look at me right now,' " Jason said, adopting a stern tone. "Have them look at you in the eyes. 'Look at me. Stop what you're doing right now. We are done doing this. You're gonna piss me off. We're done doing it.' "

Jason called his method "pretty effective" and Kylie agreed, adding, "To be fair, I feel like as soon as you say, 'Look me in the eyes,' our girls are like, 'S---!' "

She added, "I swear to God it, like, triggers something deep within our children when he hits that tone. And then he's like, 'Look me in the eyes. I'm done messing around.' And I'm like, 'Ooo, he's done messing around!'"

However, when it comes to curse words, Kylie also noted, "Our kids are surprisingly very good about not repeating what we call 'grown up words.'"
