Cops confirmed they've& referred themselves to the police watchdog, after not responding to a call to the house earlier that morning.

It also referred itself to the watchdog for attending the house on December 14 in connection with a& missing person& enquiry.

He was later discovered close to his house and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to bear a mental& well being& assessment.
