The presenter, 57, and her co-host Matt Shirvington were chatting to Australian boxer Harry Garside about using the bath for muscle recovery. Natalie then stripped into a black swimsuit as she agreed to jump into an ice bath with the sports star. Before getting into the water, Harry explained: 'Ice baths are obviously exceptional for athletes.
