Kellie Finlayson has hit back at nasty trolls who claim that she is lying about her cancer diagnosis. The AFL WAG, 29, who is married to Port Adelaide forward Jeremy Finlayson, is battling terminal bowel cancer after being diagnosed when she was just 25 years old. On Tuesday morning, Kellie appeared on the Today show to promote her new book, There Must Be More, which documents her ongoing heath battle.
