The New York Jets have reportedly made a 'substantial offer' to land Aaron Glenn as the franchise's new head coach. The in-demand Lions defensive coordinator was in New Jersey on Tuesday for talks with the Jets after Detroit's shock elimination from the playoffs on Saturday night. According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Glenn landed back in Detroit on the private jet of Jets owner Woody Johnson. It's claimed the Jets and Glenn are yet to strike a deal but a huge offer was made and the job is Glenn's 'if he wants it'.
