Lisa Kudrowrecently opened up about how she felt about working right after givingbirth. During a candid interview, the “Friends” alum shared that it was “insane” going to work after 10 days of giving birth.

She recalled the time when her son, Julian Murray Stern, was born. Everyone around her encouraged her to get back to filming, while she didn’t think it was right. For those unversed, she shares Julian with her husband, Michel Stern.

Lisa Kudrow admits returning to work 10 days after giving birth was absolutely ‘insane’

Lisa Kudrow talked about returning to work after birth in a candid conversation with CBS’s Tracy Smith. A TikTok video featured the interview, in which the 62-year-old recalled how soon she went back to filming. “I’m looking back, and I had given birth to my son, and 10 days later I was at a meeting for ‘Analyze This.’” It was a 1999 movie, also starring Billy Crystal and Robert DeNiro.

Kudrow narrated in the clip that it was May and her agent told her that the shooting would begin in “July,” so it was “no big deal.” However, things changed after the meeting, when Crystal announced the filming day.

“And then in the meeting, Billy Crystal’s saying, ‘Yeah, I mean, you look great. Are you sure you’re able to do this? When did you give birth?’ And I told him, he’s like, ‘Alright, well, we start Thursday,’” she shared.

Therefore, the actress had to fly to New York much sooner than she expected. She thought it was “insane” to return to work within a few weeks of giving birth. However, it seemed she was the only one with that thought.

In the interview, she explained that her in-laws (her husband Michel Stern’s parents) were flying from France. Her parents were also with her during her post-pregnancy phase. “Everyone around went, ‘Of course, you can do it,’ And I said, ‘But it’s wrong. I have a newborn,’” Kudrow said.

But, people around her told her that a baby nurse would go with her to New York. Furthermore, she concluded by saying that she wouldn’t do that again.

Eiza Gonzalez's Dolce & Gabbana Swimsuit Features Massive Back Cutout

Eiza Gonzálezcontinues to deliver striking beachside moments in her latest Women’s Health photoshoot. This time around, the “Baby Driver” actor opts for multiple swimwear items for the editorial. However, one of the photos stands out, which sees her posing on the sand in a daring Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit that puts a bold twist on classic swimwear design.

Eiza Gonzalez wows in Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit with huge cutout for Women’s Health

Shot along the shoreline, Eiza González appears seated on the sand as waves roll in behind her, creating a dramatic yet natural backdrop. The actor wears a sleek black one-piece by Dolce & Gabbana that blends minimalism with a daring silhouette. From the front, the swimsuit looks simple and put together, but the design reveals its most striking feature from the back.

The piece has a massive open back cutout that dramatically exposes her back while maintaining a sculpted fit through the torso. The bold cutout design adds an element of sensuality while keeping the overall aesthetic refined and modern. The Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit also features extended boy-short style bottoms that reach down to her lower thigh. It appears almost bodysuit-like rather than a traditional high-cut swimsuit.

The beach setting enhances the raw, editorial feel of the photoshoot. Sand dusted across González’s arms and legs gives the images a natural texture, while the crashing waves behind her create a powerful, cinematic atmosphere. Styling for the shoot remains intentionally minimal. González’s dark hair appears wet and tousled, adding to the coastal aesthetic. Meanwhile, her makeup stays soft and bronzed to complement the warm tones of the beach environment. The simplicity of the styling allows the swimsuit’s daring cut to take center stage.

The images are part of González’s larger Women’s Health cover story, which explores her personal journey and evolving career. In theinterview, the actor reflects on her path from early acting roles in Mexico City to breaking into Hollywood with the 2017 film “Baby Driver.”

With its dramatic cutout and striking beachside setting, González’s Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit moment proves that a bold silhouette can make just as powerful a statement as high-fashion looks.

Dax Shepard speaks out about Kristen Bell anniversary post backlash

Dax Shepardis speaking out about thatKristen Bell anniversary post backlash.

USA TODAY

On theApril 6 episode of his "Armchair Expert" podcast, the "Parenthood" star, 51, addressed the controversy surrounding Bell'sOct. 17 Instagram post celebratingtheir wedding anniversary. The "Good Place" actress, 45, wrote, "Happy 12th wedding anniversary to the man who, after [an] episode of 'Dateline,' once said to me: 'I would never kill you. A lot of men have killed their wives at a certain point. Even though I'm heavily incentivized to kill you, I never would.'"

The post sparked outrage as some fans argued Bell was making light of domestic violence and that it was tone-deaf during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Speaking with his guestNikki Glaseron "Armchair Expert," Shepard alluded to the situation when he dismissed "all these people that are convinced I'm beating Kristen," arguing those who were "outraged" about the post were people who have "never been in a relationship."

Dax Shepard, left, and Kristen Bell attend the "Power Of Love" gala at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Feb. 22, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"We both grew up with domestic violence, so if you tell me how domestic violence works, I can tell you those guys who beat my mom's a-- never went online to find out if it was acceptable from someone," he said. "That's not actually how it works. ... So you want to be really mad about a hypothetical scenario that's never happened."

Kristen Bellshares divisive anniversary post for Dax Shepard: 'I would never kill you'

Glaser quickly jumped in to defend Shepard during the interview, arguing Bell was simply sharing "inside jokes that you make in your house," adding that anyone would similarly be "canceled" for the things they joke about privately with their spouse. "The backlash to whatever you went through, I think, was spurred very intensely by people just not understanding that kind of intimacy," she told Shepard.

Later in the episode, Shepard looped back to the topic and told fans, "Don't insult my wife. She doesn't need your protection. You don't need to diminish her. That's what pisses me off." But the actor admitted he had no idea about the backlash to Bell's post until "a week and a half" after the fact.
