According to court records reviewed by PEOPLE, the 29-year-old rapper — whose real name is Dominique Armani Jones — was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit after his arrest on Monday, Aug 26. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police confirmed to PEOPLE that he was arrested around 5 a.m. after an incident occurred on the 3100 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard.
