Elizabeth Sobinoff has posted a frank health update after welcoming her second child with husband Alex Vega. The 34-year-old former Married at First Sight bride shared a video on Saturday in which she revealed that she felt as if 'her body was coming apart 'after having two children 'back-to-back'. Lizzie, who has a 18-month-old daughter, welcomed her second child, a baby boy, in April.
