As Gates wrapped up promotion for his new memoir, Source Code, on Tuesday, Feb. 11, he enjoyed a sweet moment with his girlfriend. In an image exclusively shared with PEOPLE, the Microsoft co-founder, 69, smiles while cuddling up with Hurd outside the Curran Theatre in San Francisco. That night, Gates took part in a live conversation about his book that was moderated by Dax Shepard and attended by about 1,700 guests, including Hurd, who has been by Gates' side at a number of events this month.
