On Thursday, Dec. 19, the 45-year-old actress shared a photo of Cruise's signature Christmas coconut cake gift for the holidays. Abbreviating the phrase "If you know, you know," her caption read: "Iykyk," alongside cake, eyes and tongue emojis. In the photo, the A-list dessert sat on a gold plate, which was located inside a cardboard box. Cruise, 62, is known for gifting many fellow A-list celebrities with the coconut cakes during the Christmas season.
