The new owner of the Los Angeles home where Matthew Perry lived and died has broken her silence on the $8.55million purchase. Sharing stills from beside the same pool where the actor's body was found, 42-year-old real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian gushed about how 'excited' she was to share the news - days after it emerged the home was being bought. First conceding the property has 'a history', she recalled how she and her husband had fallen in love with the home's 'features' - citing 'the view of the Pacific Ocean.
