President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump made a rare appearance together as they marked the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The group visited the 9/11 Memorial in New York City on Wednesday, Sept. 11, where two hijacked planes brought down the World Trade Center's twin towers. They were also joined at the remembrance ceremony by Trump's running mate, J.D. Vance, and loved ones and politicians.
