Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev didn't make their marriage official until five months after their wedding. In Garcia's divorce petition submitted on Wednesday, Sept. 11, the former WWE star, 40, listed the estranged couple's date of marriage as January 19, 2023 despite having their Paris wedding in August 2022. The filing comes nearly two weeks after Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse in Napa Valley, California and hours after a source told PEOPLE that Garcia had obtained a divorce lawyer.
