Daughter of Former MLB Pitcher Greg Swindell Found 'Alive and Well' After 5-Day Search

Former MLB Greg Swindell's daughter was found safe after a five-day search, PEOPLE has confirmed. Brenna Swindell, the 29-year-old daughter of the former Astros player, was found on Tuesday, Aug. 27 after being reported missing since Thursday, the Travis County Sheriff's Office tells PEOPLE in a statement. "This is the news we were desperately hoping and praying for. I'm relieved that Brenna has been found and is safe. I'm so grateful to everyone who contributed their efforts to finding her, across the Travis County area and outside the state of Texas," Sheriff Sally Hernandez said.
