Chappell Roan is apologizing to her European fans after making the "extremely hard decision" to cancel two of her upcoming tour dates. On Thursday, Aug. 29, the rising pop star, 26, who is currently on her Midwest Princess Tour, announced that her shows in Paris and Amsterdam — which were scheduled for Sept. 3 and Sept. 4, respectively — are now canceled "due to scheduling conflicts." She also announced that her Berlin show, originally scheduled for Aug.
