A California toddler had to be rushed to hospital after a restaurant mistakenly served her alcohol. Noemi Valencia had been dining at Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant in Salinas with her young daughter when the child was given cooking wine instead of apple juice. It wasn't until her daughter started showing signs that she was drunk did she realize the juice cup she had been drinking from was filled with booze. Speaking with KSBW, Valencia said: 'She was swaying, she was falling over, she was leaning on walls, she couldn't hold her head up, she was slurring her words.
