Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are surrounding themselves with family after the dismissal of the actor's involuntary manslaughter case earlier this month. Weeks after Alec's charges in the Rust shooting trial were dropped by a judge on July 12, a source tells PEOPLE that the actor is now enjoying his summer in the Hamptons with his wife and kids. "They can finally breathe again," the source says. "They're enjoying the summer in the Hamptons with the kids.
