The fan, who is called Shelly, enjoyed a warm encounter with Hailey at an event where the model was promoting her Rhode skincare line. Shelly and Hailey apparently used to be 'mutuals' on social media and had enjoyed a conversation at a Halloween event a couple of years previously.
