Rihanna stepped out to go to her favorite restaurant celeb-friendly Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. The Pon de Reply singer, 37, is a regular at the upscale Italian spot but hasn't been able to eat there for the past two months. The restaurant was closed after the LA fires ripped through the nearby Pacific Palisades and was just declared safe to reopen. The native of Barbados wore a dramatic, floor-length black coat and had her hair pulled back into a ponytail.
