Julie Bishop never misses an opportunity to flaunt her passion for fashion. The former Minister of Foreign Affairs made a glamorous appearance at the National Designer Awards x David Jones at the Melbourne Fashion Festival. The 68-year-old stunned in a black gown with lace cutouts at the shoulders and bust that showed off some skin. The form-fitting maxi frock also featured crochet accents around the hem as well as a bold floral applique.
