President Joe Biden coughed and cleared his throat repeatedly during remarks at the Labor Department on Monday, excusing himself to the crowd. 'Excuse me, I have a little bit of a cold,' he said. The president has been battling this cold for almost two weeks. In a major economic speech last week, he sniffled and coughed his way through those remarks. At one point he pulled out a wad tissues to blow his nose.
