Freddie Freeman's three-year-old son Max is 'miraculously' home after eight days in the hospital battling a rare neurological condition. The LA Dodgers star and his wife Chelsea revealed earlier this week that Max had suddenly gone into full body paralysis. The three-year-old was diagnosed with 'a severe case' of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a condition in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the nervous system. The condition can cause weakness and paralysis and can also prevent a person from being able to breathe on their own.
