Ben Affleck has bought a new $20 million house in Los Angeles, according to a report. The 5-bedroom home closed escrow earlier this week, TMZ reported, citing real estate sources, on Saturday, July 26. Earlier in July, Affleck, 51, and wife Jennifer Lopez put their Beverly Hills home up for sale for $68 million amid ongoing strain in their marriage. The pair bought the property for $60,850,000 in May 2023 after tying the knot in July 2022.
