HAILEY Bieber's skincare line has customers outraged as they claim the brand hasn't responded to their inquiries.
The supermodel, 27, launched Rhode in 2022, drawing fans in with her collection of serum, moisturizers, and lip balms.
Hailey's business has grown exponentially, and it appears her team is having trouble keeping up with the high demand.
Fans expressed their frustrations in the comments of a recent post shared on Rhode's official Instagram page, promoting their new glazing milk.
"Can you please answer my emails or messages? I'm really disappointed," one dissatisfied customer wrote.
"I have been waiting for an email response about my missing order," noted another.
"I placed an order three weeks ago still didn't got any update on it! Where is my order???" raged a third.
"Please check messages and emails!!!! You sent me the wrong products!!!" begged a fourth.
Rhode replied to the comment urging the user to check their direct messages for further communication with them.
A screengrab of the complaints was shared on a popular online thread, where others weighed in on the company's apparently poor customer service.
"With all these complaints on their social media account, why are they still launching new products?" the original poster wrote in their caption.
"What kind of professional brand handles claims with insta DMs?" someone else wondered.
"It's the same generic response on every comment for me," mentioned another.
"She's too busy responding to what people say about her and Justin," a final said, referencing the rumors that Hailey and her husband, Justin Bieber, 30, are heading for divorce.
The couple, who celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in September, have had fans convinced they are parting ways based on a series of clues.
ON THE OUTS?
For one, Hailey appeared to hide her wedding ring during several recent solo outings, fueling rumors she and the Love Yourself singer are having marriage issues.
The Victoria's Secret model was also spotted without her husband at Saint Laurent's Pre-Oscars Party, sticking close to celebrity couple Channing Tatum, 43, and Zo Kravitz, 35.
Amid the chatter, Hailey attempted to shut down rumors about her and Justin's relationship.
"Just FYI the constant 'blind items' I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong. Made out of thin air…" Alec Baldwin's niece said in an Instagram Story post.

"So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they're always false sorry to spoil it," Hailey's post ended.
CRY FOR HELP
Fans were already alarmed that something deeper might be going on with Hailey and Justin after her father, Stephen Baldwin, 57, asked fans to pray for the pair in a social media post last month.
Their pastor also made the same move, making fans question whether they're having marital issues.
Meanwhile, some wondered if the duo were already divorced, given their separate outings and low-key appearances lately.
"I think they are divorcing. She's always alone and with her friends…" one person pointed out on an online thread.
Another theorized, "She's also suddenly spending a lot of time with just her girls. I think they want us to think they are together so that they don't get any backlash or bad publicity."
